Choose whichever option suits your needs, then click Create Site.

1. Download the desktop client so you can create documentation (the desktop client makes creating documentation much easier)
2. After you download the desktop client, click on "Sites"

This is your knowledge base.

Note: The view you are seeing your knowledge base in is what Admins and authors see it in - your readers will see a different view.
